Perfect for pop-up office spaces, our modular offices are available for rental on a month-by-month basis with a minimum term of three months rental up front.

Office rental is just £500.00 plus Vat per month & you do not pay any service charges. Electricity consumed is charged on a monthly basis using industry standard meters. Jump on and Jump off with our flexible month-by-month billing to help ease your business overhead expenses.

As a small business your business may be eligible for a 100% discount under the Small Business Rate Relief scheme (SBRRS).
